Allan for Captain! Anyone please help. Can we just stabilize MV Reino Unido before she sinks beneath the waves. We find Captain Cameron doesn’t have a master’s license and First Mate Osborne has no knowledge of Watchstanding or Morse Code so is unable even, to send out an SOS! No life boats for taxpayers on PAYE – just some for those in tax havens! What a mess.
