This is happening to me currently in BC ‘canada’…the “Bank” CIBC hired liars to foreclose based 100% on fraud & perjury…in the Claim of Action it states I am “a tenant” on the property! I, have had the same argument on those exact points The tyrants claim federal law overrides constitutional law – also they claim statutes override common law – this is why in our courts the Common law and constitution does not exist as such. This is why Wayne and many others have serious trouble trying to get the correct law upheld. Then add the fact the judges courts uphold the treason / deceit and lies to back the corrupt government up . I have also seen a court video of a decision made previously in the 80,s in regards to rates being a state tax and the state had no right to apply taxes on the people .? i just cannot seem to find it. So they pushed rates thru under federal law system claiming it overrides constitution and at federal level there is not law to stop them .Yet they fail to see fact – constitution as written. corruption is so deep they teach this crap in the university of law in our country to continue the fraud and deceit.- the uphill battle will always be there. Stuff jail these corrupt r/sole,s hang em high and anyone found to be committing treason .we dont need to feed em at the cost of the public. (edited)
