It looks like some overlay edit is clouding over that area. I could be wrong, but the person runs back and forth across that area, and something looks funky in that footage. Can you take a closer look? Guy in red underwear looks like anatomically is pointing up. Maybe they turned him around? His knee looks dark vs lighter, he doesn’t appear to have any butt-muscles. Yet the knee that is covered looks like it is facing down, as the shoe sole curvature suggests that it is facing down.
