GovWatch says: This Blogger was too intelligent to be helped much by being sent to Kesgrave Hall Special School. He was thrown in with all sorts of kids diagnosed as having learning difficulties and yet there doesn’t seem to have been any specialist teaching staff there for the various types of difficulty manifested. Of course that’s education innit.
