Nissan assembly work has gone back to Japan thanks to the 2013 European Union/Japan free-trade deal, USA now has the Civic work because that’s where most of UK made Civics were sold. So nothing will be assembled in the European Union in the future.
GW: The Nissan has always had a questionable reputation unlike Toyota which is remaining here. The UK needs to make its own 21st Century car suited to UK conditions. Get all design engineers on it right away. Pity we SOLD all our good brands already though isn’t it.
