”John D Norman created an organisation in Dallas called the Odyssey Foundation. The foundation was essentially a p-a-e-d-o ring with a reported 50,000 members. Norman was busted in 1973, but managed to only serve a few years in jail before moving to Chicago. He was sent to prison for having sex with a minor. It was while he was in prison that he started a newsletter with a new foundation to replace Odyssey which he called Delta. Delta is a Greek letter shaped like a triangle. This may be the proto-beginnings of the now famous symbol from the de-classified FBI documents.”
Dean Corll told them he was part of an organisation that ”bought & sold boys” but they didn’t believe him. They thought he was just another lone nut. Corll might have travelled between California and Houston.
