‘Farm Terrace allotments are not an election issue’ says Watford Mayor Dorothy Thornhill but she refused to be interviewed there by the BBC recently

WOR Comment:  “Our elected Mayor forgets she is the custodian on behalf of the Council of the community space know as Farm Terrace. Those residents of West Watford who have used this community amenity since 1896 would be saddened that someone has treated it so shabbily, refuses to acknowledge it, nor step foot on it in fear of 30 tenants who would debate the case in a sensible manner. Our Mayor and prospective MP unfortunately isn’t someone who will listen to criticism face to face. ”

GW:  The fact that Ms Thornhill refused to be interviewed there indicates that the allotments most definitely ARE an election issue.  Why else were the BBC in Watford for the third time?
