‘Newsnight featured an interview with Lord Tim Bell, the chairman of Chime Communications which owns Bell Pottinger Public Affairs — the subject of an undercover sting last year.
Bell was invited onto the high-profile BBC2 current affairs programme hours ahead of the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) rejecting a complaint that Bell Pottinger Public Affairs brought the lobbying industry into disrepute. A complaint was lodged with the PRCA against Bell Pottinger Public Affairs after undercover footage showed the firm’s executives suggesting to Bureau reporters posing as representatives of the Uzbekistan government that they could secure access to David Cameron.’ On the Conservative side. Lobby group for Monsanto. ‘Monsanto will be seeking to come across better than telling us that they have “no need to guarantee the safety of genetically modified food products.”‘
Also bit of a perv like the other Bell? – ‘On 19 November 1977 Tim Bell was fined £50 for indecency. He had exposed himself while masturbating at his Hampstead bathroom window on 21 October in sight of female passers-by.’

Stuart Bell, Labour MP, for Middlesborough, now deceased, was the Church Estates Commissioners’ chairman and, like Peter Luff, was also an employee of Bell Pottinger! He wrote a questionable book called ‘Paris 69’ and was believed to have visited Elm Guest House.
