‘Flood-hit residents in Christchurch Dorset have been told by their Tory-run Council that they have to buy sandbags at £30 for a pack of four.
They have twice written to their MP – Conservative Christopher Chope – to request a meeting to explain their frustrations, but he has ignored them.’
TP Comment: ‘In 2008 the British government turned various European Union Directives into Westminster packaged laws. This saw Britain being classified into one of 6 groups ranging from Policy Option 1 which is an area that will be defended from flooding at any cost to Policy Option 6 which is an area in which flooding is to be ENCOURAGED! And the Somerset Levels is designated as being covered by Policy Option 6!
So the flooding in that area is the direct result of government policy and is NOT an accident nor is it unintentional. And that is why last Sunday when Eric Pickles launched his attack upon the Environment Agency and Lord Smith he had to grovel to them within 24 hours for fear that they might tell the general public the truth and they finally grasped that their misery was deliberately inflicted by Westminster’s slavish following of EU Law.
And THAT is why all 3 major parties have refused to play “The Blame Game” because the real blame lays with the European Union and all 3 of them will defend the EU to the death.
And the fact that Nigel Farage KNOWS all of this yet remains silent when he could finally destroy the EU’s support in Britain proves that he is nothing but a government stooge,controlled opposition to keep the plebs happy!’
