The “out of africa theory” seems to be dead, on a genetic level, since yrs back. According to R. Sepehr africans never walked out of there and evolved inte the rest of us, it was rather the cro-magnon-“aryans” that went into the other places, and became rulers there and intermixed with the ppl already there:
