GW: DS just said Scotland has got 5,000 Civil Servants! That many for just 5 Million people! Struth! Also have 59 MPs in HofC. England has a population of 54 million, which accounts for 84% of the UK population and yet England does not have an Assembly or anything like Holyrood. Me thinks that some minorities are rather over represented Mr Scott!
