Need use fast-acting – no point taking D3 when in trouble, takes time to convert in your body. They R giving what your body makes – fast acting in time to help. Boom!
(best thing is to never be below ~35ng/mL blood level though – as a RULE)

Covid is seasonal, ffs. It effects dark skinned people more, ffs. And the obese, D is a fat soluble vitamin ffs. It’s glaringly bleedin’ obvious

The Andalusians appear to have had an extremely good result from providing activated Vitamin D, calcifediol, to care home residents and some GP patients. Today I asked @BorisJohnson to look into the latest evidence from Spain on this cheap, safe and effective treatment.
