Current policing methodology no longer protects the public. As such the law needs to be changed to allow the public to carry weapons for defence or policing methodology changed to make the streets safe. After this last knife incident is it not time to bring a new law in for carrying knives. Knife crime is totally out of control in Britain, it’s on the same par as gun violence in America. Carrying a knife should only be allowed under licence for tradesmen with blade length regulated for trades. Carrying hunting knives machetes should be outlawed as should sales of such weapons in Britain.

Kids do not behave like kids anymore and this is an issue that must be addressed. They are kids living a boundary free ”Lord Of The Flies” reality and this is the result. Whether their influence is from music videos that glorify gang culture or social media or violent video games, the matter needs to be tackled. Its a serious and ever growing problem now.
