@7:27: Higher Land Acquisition Costs…so, is that why the DEW laser weapons were used to start fires? In the Paradise, CA fires, thousands died. Survivors have been told they cannot come back to rebuild because it’s too dangerous. (FEMA Camps anyone?) Are these people going to be paid for their land? Was this a land-grab like the bank bailouts were a huge money grab? The proposed route of the train is said to be right in line with where those fires are. True? Donald Trump said something about Eminent Domain. That is when the government wants your land for, say, a freeway and you are paid. But what is happening, now? Land theft? Is anyone being paid or just burned out and property stolen?
