Both China & Russia have been saying that the current world governance structures like UN, IMF & World Bank are imbalanced. These structures represent a past geo-political reality whereas China has industrialised and is becoming a nuclear power. They say the current structures don’t take this into account. China wants the development of the One Belt One Road Framework to be ”Green” & High Tech and with a lot of Chinese input no doubt. China is still insisting on talking with ”sovereign” nations. You hearing that Junker? There is an emerging ”multi-polar” order and Macaroon is ”on board” with it.
NB: China is NOT negotiating with the EUSSR – just with France. This shows again that the EUSSR is a false construct – otherwise why are the Chinese ignoring it? China is cherry-picking. It is not interested in the failing parts of EUSSR. Sorry Luxembourg that’s the way the cookie crumbles. Why is the UK paying to be in this failed ”Club”?
