So the Medieval habit of ”stoning someone to death” for something deemed to be an offence by some erstwhile vigilante group is now official policy in Kent?

Stunned residents have revealed three men – understood to be elderly brothers – were out on the lake alongside the castle at the time and were pelted with rocks by yobs on the bank.

GW: But the local constabulary are nowhere to be seen until it is too late.  How many more medieval habits do we need to import?  Surely we already have too many.  I know someone who moved from Kent to the South-West some time ago.
