”We the undersigned object strongly to any high-rise development along the Ascot Road site. Any plans here should be in keeping and scale with the present height of buildings. A dense development in this area of 483 apartments will result in inadequate resources and major disruption to traffic flow, parking (allocating only 0.38% per apartment) and healthcare, causing a severely detrimental impact on people’s daily living. The proposed development also fails to comply with Watford’s own planning policies”
I think it would be helpful to present a petition to the Councillors at the planning meeting when they determine this . The date is likely to be April 19th (Wednesday). It is possible that a the date could be extended to the next month, depending on how long it takes them to process. We should act before it’s too late.
