“Clive Efford’s Private Member’s Bill comes before the Commons. It repeals the most noxious elements of the Cameron Act, including section 75 mandating competitive tendering.” http://www.newstatesman.com/politics/2014/10/david-cameron-has-forfeited-publics-trust-nhs
GovWatch: This thing is just going to tinker with the H&SWB 2012 not repeal it. The agreement amongst privateers is that the ‘competition’ element ie “tendering” is a waste of money (so sayeth everyone) as CCGs think they MUST offer contracts externally. So, why not get rid of this in favour of a giant single entity in place of the different CCGs with different viewpoints? In steps United Health. Don’t worry folks leave all this tricky sourcing stuff to us. Job Done if the electorate is silly enough to fall for it. So sayeth KONP and the NHA Party last night at the Sutton Meeting. Be wise as serpents folks and gentle as doves.

Design For Corruption–Why US Healthcare is Failing
“I’ve lived all over the world, in countries that Americans often call “corrupt.” Peace Corps in The Philippines, journalism in Thailand, Argentina, China. But these days, the US is at least as, if not, more corrupt than any other nation I have lived or worked in. Yes, most of this corruption is “legal” http://www.businessweek.com/innovate/NussbaumOnDesign/archives/2009/08/design_for_corr.html
GovWatch: Yes folks ‘legal corruption’ will be the future for the NHS if the electorate don’t wake up fast.
