New Statesman Reports That Osborne’s G4 Auction Fails To Deliver

‘Osborne’s creative accounting done earlier in the year has now emerged and is shown to be facile.  Apparently the Chancellor banked the expected £3.5bn receipts from the 4G mobile spectrum auction too early – before it had taken place in fact.  Had he not done so, the Office for Budget Responsibility would have forecast a deficit for this year of £123bn, £1.4bn higher than in 2012.

Osborne’s G4 Auction calculations leaked by Treasury Civil Servant to Media yesterday.

So on March 20 2013 Osborne will have to announce this news.  He is a W***** of the highest order indeed.  Let’s face it he may as well use a set of Tarot Cards.   His economic credentials being non-existent, his use of the cards would prove to be just as accurate or with a bit of luck, eve more so!

One of The Flock at NLAT – ‘If Vodafone paid their taxes we’d get twice as much as this auction raised each year.’
